Can I place a custom order?

All Baifu merchandises are exclusive and custom made to order. This is to ensure the energy emitted compliments and enhances the wearer’s own energy and aura. For more information about which stones, gems or metals suits you, please click here.

Where are you located?
Our office is located in the Malaysia. Here we assemble and energised your bracelets and ship them out to you.

Do you have any physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents or outlets yet. It is very easy and safe to order our products online though! Just let us know ( if you require further assistance.

How do I know my wrist-size?
We do have a page where we show you how to measure your wrist.

Keep in mind that you should not add 'space' yourself to your wrist measurement. If you want the bracelet loose on your wrist, simply write loose when checking out.

The average wrist-size for men is a 17.78cm /7 inch

The average wrist-size for women is 16.5cm/ 6.5 inch

I would like to know the status of my order.
When you have placed an order, it will take approximately three business days to assemble your bracelet(s) depending on the availability of the stones and other precious components. For more information about this process, you can read the confirmation email you have received once you have made the order.

When your bracelet(s) is/are ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. If you didn't receive a track and trace code, it is possible the email could have ended up in the spam folder. If this is not the case, please send an email to so we can track your order for you and update you on all the details regarding its status.

Keep in mind that we need to have a wrist-size and a correct delivery address to fulfil your order

How long does the shipment take?
Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 1-2 weeks business days if you have provided a wrist-size as well as a valid address, it is then prepared for shipping. We use Priority Shipping, which has a delivery time between three and five business days.

Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address. For more information you can have a look at our shipping page.

I would need to resize my bracelet.
Of course, we understand that it can be a little tricky getting the size right the first time. However, we would love to resize it for you. Please send an email to for proper assistance on this matter. We will guide you with the steps to follow!

How should I take care of the bracelet?
We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with the bracelet. If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelet. It can chemically react to the silver/gold. Nothing will happen if you take it on and off every day. Also, nothing will happen if it come into contact with or immersed in water only! If you have a Silver bracelet, you can clean that from time to time with a Silver Cleaning Cloth. If you have a gold bracelet, you can clean the gold with a glasses cleaning cloth.

I would like an exchange.
An exchange is possible. You have 14 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage and the tag(s) need to be attached.

The fastest way of making an exchange or a refund is to return the bracelet that you currently have as soon as it arrives. 

I would like to return my order / Is there a guarantee?
For all the Baifu bracelets we offer a ‘14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all Baifu merchandises purchased at You have 14 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). Refund and returns after 14 calendar days, will not be accepted.

For a refund, we accept Baifu bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. There is a restocking fee of RM50 per bracelet. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
